Contracted Top Tier Niagara for a roofing job for a house and detached garage. When they came out to quote me, I could tell their professionalism right off the top. Wow, let me tell you - planning for a roof replacement is stressful! After getting several quotes, my husband and I ended up going with Top Tier based on the owner’s honesty when assessing the job at our home - and it was hands down one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.
Let me start by saying that our home looks INCREDIBLE! Their workmanship is absolutely flawless, and their crew are incredibly kind, professional, honest, and hard working. I was immediately impressed by how conscientious this team was. Usually any type of reno is such a pain, but they made it easy and smooth. At no point did I have to watch over them for anything - they did it all to the highest standard without me having to ask.
I was happy to learn that this is a family run business and they pride themselves on hiring a strong team of dedicate roofers who truly care about doing the job well. The owner was always making sure everyone was okay and hydrated (remember, they’re working in unbearable heat).
Besides the comfort and care, it was so reassuring to see the multiple steps they took in ensuring the roof was done properly and they used the best possible materials. I don’t know anything about roofing but I know what my neighbors have done and you can instantly see the difference which is actually crazy.
I am so grateful we found Top Tier and that we trusted our gut in spite of this being the first time we ever had to change our roof.

As a woman on my own I've had plenty of poor experiences in the past, this company exceeded my expectations. I had neglected a repair that became urgent and I was prepared for judgement. They were so understanding! They really get it, life sometimes gets in the way. Instead of blaming, they just took care of it with such a positive attitude. Everything went smoothly.
They took a job I had put off because I didn't want another bad experience and they made it easy. They worked hard, but put me at ease from start to finish. That's something I would pay extra for but didn't have to, and that's huge in my book! While they are absolutely knowledgeable and well skilled, what really sets them apart for me is how quickly the stress and anxiety was just gone and I could relax feeling like everything would be ok.
